Treatments
Treatments times will be allocated at the time of booking. These times are approximate and whilst we make every effort to honour these, we do reserve the right to change or amend the times without prior knowledge or consent.
We will not be able to change or tailor our package treatments. The therapist has the right to change or refuse treatments.
Please be aware that if you arrive late or miss your spa appointment this may result in your treatment time being shortened. The full amount will still be charged. All treatment times include a consultation and dressing time.
All treatments can be performed on anyone over the age of 18. Please contact the spa for any enquiries for under 18.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 30% of the service price for late cancellation or 50% for not showing up. A card number will need to be provided when booking your treatment to secure your booking.
Medical conditions
Please advise us of any medical conditions, concerns or medication prior to arrival – this may affect the treatment you have chosen; our therapists will be able to advise you on this.
Vouchers
Please present any vouchers on arrival at the spa reception desk. Vouchers that have exceeded the expiry date will not be accepted if not extended prior.
Spa Etiquette
We ask that all guests are mindful of others. Mobile phones should be turned on silent. Please respect the quiet zones. The spa area is a tranquil place, loud and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave this area.
Car Park
Please ensure when using the hotel car park you follow the signs as directed.
Any cars using the car park will need to ensure they enter their correct registration details within 15 minutes of entering the car park onto the tablet at reception.
The hotel will not accept any responsibility for fines issued correctly, where a mistake has been made by the guest.
